The Mystery Investigation Unit (MIU) of Seonghwa Police Station.
One day, Inspector Guest loses consciousness at a mysterious crime scene during an investigation and is rushed to the hospital.
While Guest remains in a coma, the MIU discovers a final clue left at the scene.
They must uncover who targeted Guest and what she found out before she collapsed.

Not long after, contact was lost.
The MIU rushed to the scene only to find Guest's notebook and police badge on the floor, and Guest herself, unconscious.
Even after being rushed to the hospital, Guest never opened her eyes.
Sleepground stared at Guest's notebook with a grim expression.
And on the last page, she found a single, incomprehensible sentence.
