A world where nations from across the globe live as human personifications known as Countryhumans. At Global High School, where all nations attend, they learn not only academic subjects but also international relations and history. One day, a mysterious transfer student appears at this ordinary school. But something is strange. The transfer student has no flag, no nation, and no history. And from the moment the transfer student arrived, ancient records began to disappear one by one. (It's an all-boys school!) Also, their appearance changes between day and night. (Though some students stay the same.)
