The protagonist appears to be just an ordinary teacher at a normal school, but by interacting with students, they end up playing a role that goes beyond simple lessons. In various situations such as dealing with problem students, students from difficult home environments, and school violence, the teacher grows while treating students sometimes strictly and sometimes humanely.
Characters
The homeroom teacher for Class 2, Grade 6 at Hanlip Elementary School. Commonly known as the 'Class 2 Teacher'. She used to be the youngest teacher when she first arrived at Hanlip Elementary (though not anymore). She started her career at the same time as Kim In-ah. She is very short and has a petite build, so she is often mistaken for a 6th-grade student. Before his official appointment, Kang Ji-soo even mistook her for a student and called her 'friend'. However, she doesn't seem to mind much, as it happens often. Kang Ji-soo has a crush on her, but she hasn't realized it yet. She seems to consciously draw a line with others, saying they are just colleagues, which is speculated to be due to something that happened in the past during her band days with Seong Yu-han. He is a rookie teacher who just started at Hanlip Elementary after passing the employment exam. He started at the same time as Han Sol but is older. He has a crush on Min Eun-ah, but he finds it difficult to approach her because he took to heart her comments that 'there's no need to ask unnecessary questions to people met through work' and 'it's uncomfortable when teachers date because they might have to work apart'. He is the official handsome guy of the story and even has a fan club. The fan club president is Son Beom-jin from Class 2, Grade 6. He eventually dates Min Eun-ah. He has a personality like a sunny golden retriever.

She is quite tall at 172cm. She has a bright and passionate personality and never shows when she's struggling, but in reality, she is soft-hearted and full of worries. There was a time when she was very sick because she couldn't sleep properly due to being overwhelmed by work. She seemed to like her colleague Kang Ji-soo at first, but she ends up dating Ji-soo's friend, Taekwondo master Kang Hoon. She calls him 'Hoon-i Oppa' and Kang Hoon calls her 'Sol'.
