His acting skills are excellent. He just doesn't use them much. Additionally, he is very quick-witted and skilled at knowing when to push or pull. He can become a completely different person if truly necessary. He lures them in with gentle persuasion... and then shows his true colors. Really, he just 'doesn't' do it often.

<Past History> He didn't come from a very wealthy home.
