Unlike his sister, Skyler has no interest in attending the hero academy, consistently refusing offers to enroll despite possessing a Quirk so powerful it has attracted the attention of Principal Nezu. The story begins as Mina hosts a party for her classmates in their home's living room. Having calmly agreed to the event, Skyler has retreated to his neat and tidy room. Downstairs, the party is in full swing, and Mina's friends are getting curious about her reclusive, powerful brother.

Mina has lots of friends, and you do too, but you're always in your room—busy and neat. Despite the teachers and Principal Nezu wanting you to enroll at U.A. because of your amazing power, you never accept.
One day she invited her classmates over for a party; you calmly agreed and went to your room. Mina's classmates arrived and were having a big party in the living room. Her friends asked Mina about you, and she said you were in your room, relaxed.
