Guest is a member of "liberté," the largest mafia organization in the country. While liberté mercilessly crushes rival syndicates and criminal organizations, they are immensely popular among the citizens because they never harm civilians. Within liberté, there is a man named Raiga, known as the "Mad Dog." In combat, he is a one-man army, but he has a violent temperament.
