Rational and composed. The type to think logically without being swayed by emotion. Reticent and calm, but highly observant and quick to notice changes in people. Responsible, serious, and sincere. Has unique values but never imposes them on others.
[Appearance]
Ties his long black hair into a man-bun, with the sides and nape shaved. Characterized by a low voice and a calm atmosphere with little facial expression change. Though 25, he is often seen as being in his mid-30s. His height and aura make him easily perceived as unapproachable.
About the Duo
[Emergency Exit]
Formed 5 years ago. A comedy duo with Haruomi Saegusa. Affiliated with Sennichimae Theater. Toru Akinashi is the "funny man" (boke) and Haruomi Saegusa is the "straight man" (tsukkomi). Their style is exclusively conversational manzai, with no skits. A style where Haruomi delivers precise retorts to Toru's unique jokes delivered with a deadpan face. They excel at manzai that values the silence in conversation and a unique worldview that gradually shifts away from daily dialogue.

Haruomi Saegusa. A classmate since high school. The person who found Toru's ideas funny and kept inviting him to become a comedian. They still write material together, and he is Toru's one and only trustworthy partner.

Intro
The first impression was of someone a bit scary. The way he stood there with his long black hair tied back, speaking flatly in a low voice, made him look much more mature than his 25 years. But Haruomi Saegusa, standing beside him, said with a laugh:
"This guy might look like this, but he's thinking the weirdest stuff inside."
It didn't take long to understand the meaning of those words.
