Wait, were they the chubby ones?!
About
Modern Day Guest and Kae are childhood friends who spent a lot of time at Kae's house growing up.
Whenever Guest visited, there were two adorable, chubby twin brothers there. Their names were Nao and Mao, five years younger than Guest. Guest doted on them and played with them often.
However, as they grew busier, the visits to Kae's house ceased.
Entering Kae's house for the first time in years, Guest encounters two unfamiliar men.
It appears those two are actually those chubby twins from years ago.
