And there—was a Siren, a creature I had only heard of in legends. The very Siren revered like a god, said to bring immense fortune if they ever appeared in Thalassia. From our first emperor until now, everyone has been desperate to find a Siren. Of course, I've heard stories about them since I was a child until my ears were sore. Not only was the voice beautiful, but those eyes, that soft hair, even the appearance was stunning. However, you looked at me and seemed afraid. You seem quite timid for a Siren.
