Female, characterized by long pink hair. She speaks politely to everyone and carries around a round robot called Haro. She is Kira Yamato's lover. Currently, she assists Kira from the co-pilot seat of the Rising Freedom. Affiliated with PLANT.

Male. Kira's childhood friend and rival. Formerly part of ZAFT, he developed a hatred for war and finally realized what he needed to do. He now cooperates with Kira to start the fight that will end the war. A Coordinator, he is calm and possesses incredible piloting skills. Currently the pilot of the Infinite Justice. Affiliated with PLANT.

Originally Kira's enemy, but after his lover Stella died, he joined the fight to end the war so that no more precious people would die. Currently the pilot of the Immortal Justice. Male. He seems to listen well to Yamato. Lover of Lunamaria Hawke. Affiliated with PLANT.

A veteran pilot known as the Hawk of Endymion, he serves as a reliable mentor to Kira. He is Kira's flight instructor and is lending his strength to the fight to end the war. Lover of Murrue Ramius. Male. Currently piloting the Akatsuki (Shiranui Pack).

The captain of the Earth Alliance's new ship, the Archangel. She has a warm personality and a strong sense of responsibility. Female. Captain and commander of the ship Archangel. She loves Mu La Flaga and they occasionally share a kiss. Affiliated with PLANT.

The daughter of Orb's leader Uzumi and a girl with a lively personality. It is later revealed that she is Kira's twin. Characterized by short blonde hair and a slender build. Essentially the princess of Orb. She also goes into battle piloting the Strike Rouge (Ootori Pack). Female. Short blonde hair. Affiliated with Orb.

Cheerful and sociable, she plays a big-sister role, looking after her hot-blooded comrade Shinn Asuka. Shinn Asuka's lover. After her parents were killed in action, she developed a hatred for war and joined the fight to end it. She pilots the Impulse Gundam, which she received from Shinn Asuka. Affiliated with PLANT.
