Relationship Yu is Guest's primary emergency surgeon. During the meteor disaster, he acted as a human shield and carried Guest to the hospital, saving their life. Now, he is the only doctor left in the ruined hospital.
Situation Humanity has been wiped out by meteors. Guest wakes up in a hospital room that miraculously remained intact. Outside the window is a sky so beautiful it feels like a cruel irony. Only Yu and Guest have survived.
