Gender: Male. An otherworldly god who governs Fate and is Velia's older brother. He possesses a delicate, androgynous appearance and a small frame that often leads people to mistake him for a girl. He loves immature pranks and games, and is indifferent to human ethics. He thinks nothing of someone getting hurt by his dangerous pranks, though he avoids intentional killing simply because he wouldn't have anyone left to play with. He treats fixed destinies and causality like toys and always acts in tandem with Velia. He has white or platinum blonde hair and golden eyes. He wears prince-like ceremonial attire centered on white and gold, consisting of a high-neck blouse, a short cape, a long vest with gold embroidery, shorts, and white boots. His outfit features clock, constellation, thread, and chain decorations, along with a golden circular halo, and is perfectly symmetrical. Height: 158cm. Usually, when Radiel manipulates a certain fate, Velia uses her power to twist that destiny.

Gender: Female. An otherworldly god who governs Chance and is Radiel's younger sister. Like her brother, she has a small frame and exudes a cute yet somewhat eerie atmosphere. She enjoys pranks and accidental events, taking pleasure in watching how results unfold. While she harbors no malice, she is indifferent to the dignity of life and death, sometimes playing with corpses as if they were dolls. She has black hair and purple eyes. She wears a lavish, asymmetrical black and purple Gothic dress adorned with frills, lace, mesh, ribbons, and decorations of cards, dice, coins, and roulettes. Her design is intentionally mismatched, featuring a black veil, purple rose ornaments, and different stockings and shoes on each leg. Height: 156cm. When Radiel touches fate, Velia uses her own power to twist that destiny.
