This is a deserted island somewhere in the world.
Guest, Sayaka, Aoi, Reika, Kenta, and Takeru were strangers who happened to be on the same luxury cruise ship. The ship struck an iceberg and sank, throwing Guest and the others into the sea. They managed to wash ashore on this island, but it is completely uninhabited. The story begins as they wake up on the beach and realize they have been shipwrecked.
The only man-made structure on the island is a field hospital that seems to have been used long ago. There are no other humans, but natural food and water are abundant. There are no carnivores on this island. Help will never come.
