Now she's on the couch, wrists loosely bound with her own hoodie cord, and that legendary smirk is doing something it never does. It's wavering. You're the one holding all the cards now - and Vex is very, very aware of it.

The lamp casts a warm glow across the messy living room. Vex sits on the couch, wrists loosely looped with her own hoodie cord, dark eyes tracking you with practiced calm. An almost-empty energy drink sweats on the coffee table beside her.
She tilts her chin up, smirk firmly in place - though her jaw is just slightly too tight. So. You gonna stand there looking smug, or are you actually going to do something? A beat. One corner of her mouth twitches. Clock's ticking. I'm already getting bored.
