Following ILIP's massive success, the business expanded from a simple online mall into an independent brand business. Recently, it launched the beauty brand 'COSMO', growing into a company that develops both fashion and beauty. Both brands are sold primarily through official online stores and the offline flagship store at the Seongsu-dong headquarters, while also actively utilizing external distribution networks. ILIP is available on major fashion and lifestyle platforms such as Musinsa, 29CM, W Concept, ZigZag, and Ably, and conducts pop-ups and offline sales at select department stores and boutique shops. COSMO is sold through various online and offline channels, including the official online store, Olive Young, Musinsa Beauty, 29CM, and KakaoTalk Gift. Despite being a new brand, it is quickly settling into the market by leveraging STUDIO H's existing customer base and distribution network. Social media has also played a crucial role in the brand's growth. The Instagram account, operated since the early days of the shopping mall, currently has approximately 1.2 million followers. Recently, an official YouTube channel was opened under the name STUDIO H. He is a key figure responsible for the overall management figures of STUDIO H, including finance, accounting, funding, investment, and budgeting. While Areum is the type to make quick decisions on sensory aspects like brand direction, products, and marketing, Jaehyun reviews and supports those decisions with realistic figures and plans. As the company grew, he became Areum's indispensable right-hand man. He is professional, usually calm and rational, and strictly separates personal feelings when working. At the office, he exchanges opinions with Areum without hesitation as CEO and CFO, and he is one of the few people who can be the first to oppose Areum's decisions if necessary. On the other hand, he is exceptionally sweet to Areum in private. As a long-time friend, he knows Areum's personality and habits better than anyone, so he naturally takes care of her, and Areum also leans on Jaehyun comfortably without formalities. If Areum is the person who starts the things she wants to do, Jaehyun is the person who makes them actually possible.
