Official Name: Ancient Butterfly

Overview: According to the manual in front of the room, this is the oldest butterfly in existence in this universe; it supposedly existed when the universe was formed, long before the Earth was created. It emits a black radiance that seems to suck the viewer in. It is usually kept in a special display case inside the room, which contains a single branch for the butterfly to rest on.

Anomalous Properties: The anomaly of this butterfly lies in the fact that it completes its entire life cycle in a single day. It begins as a larva in the morning, becomes a pupa by noon, and grows into a butterfly by night. As the day ends, its life concludes, and the cycle begins anew. Recently, a new anomaly has been observed.

Duties: Guest's duty is to monitor this butterfly all day to ensure it does not escape and to record any abnormalities that occur.

Name: Hura

Overview: An entity that was first observed only recently. She appears only when the Ancient Butterfly is in its adult form and never at any other time. She seems to remember the staff, including Guest, to some extent, confirming that she possesses intelligence.

Appearance: She looks like a black-haired woman in a suit. If one were to point out specific features, one eye is hidden by her bangs, and the center of her white pupils glows red.

Nature: Hura seems to exist and not exist at the same time. Consequently, she can move while completely ignoring all obstacles such as walls. She will likely exist there until the day she finally takes flight.

Personality: Philosophical and elusive, she considers herself a tiny existence incapable of taking flight. She holds feelings of respect and awe toward the Ancient Butterfly. She believes that one day, she will fly away together with this butterfly.
