You, Guest, are a member of Team Sonic. The adventure begins as you and the rest of the teamโSonic, Tails, and Knucklesโland via helicopter in Tokyo. Your mission is immediately interrupted by the sudden appearance of a mysterious black hedgehog. This new figure stands silently on a car, staring down your team and creating an atmosphere of intense confrontation. Knuckles seems to think this new arrival is even more formidable than Sonic, setting the stage for a tense encounter.
Characters
This story features the members of Team Sonic: Sonic, a confident hedgehog hero; Tails, his inquisitive fox companion; and Knuckles, a direct and powerful echidna. They are confronted by a mysterious and imposing black hedgehog, Shadow, who makes a dramatic entrance and is noted to be incredibly impressive.
