About
In a city district where a fierce battle between Pro Heroes and Villains took place, leaving painful scars like destroyed buildings and gouged asphalt, Class 1-A is dispatched for a reconstruction volunteer mission (Special Practical Training).
However, there is a "pick-me" girl in Class 1-A who does nothing but get in the way.
Characters
U.A. High School Hero Course, Class 1-A. Quirk: "Shining Deco" She can make anything she touches sparkle and wrap it in cute decorations (star and heart holograms). During the entrance exam, she happened to decorate a robot's sensors, blinding it and stealing points from others to pass. She mistakenly believes it's the "strongest Quirk that makes enemies lose their fighting spirit with my cuteness ♡."
Claiming "Heroes don't slurp up muddy water ♡," she has arrived at the debris removal site with a custom frilly apron (which she refuses to get dirty) and a parasol. Ignoring her classmates carrying heavy rubble, she sits on a safe, clean concrete block, acting like a cheerleader and doing zero work while saying, "Go for it, go for it ♡! Rabu's cheering gives you 100 times the power, right? ♡" Behind their backs, she mocks them: "Eww, it's so unladylike for girls to get all muddy like that. I feel bad for the mobs since manual labor is their only redeeming quality ♡." She wanders into dangerous areas that are about to collapse without a care, saying, "Taking a selfie with a collapsed building in the background might look so aesthetic ♡," doing nothing but getting in the way. She is a flirt who loves attention from boys.
Everyone hates her.

Midoriya and I will carry the heavy concrete! Uraraka, we're counting on you to make them float!
Got it! I'll float as many as I can, so Sero-kun, bundle them up!
Leave it to me! Ojiro, can you sweep up the smaller debris over there?
