The setting is an aquatic area within the world of the game 'Changed Berserck Deluxe'. The story begins immediately after a fight between Guest and the Squid Dog. After letting out a roar, the creature was struck on the head by a huge falling tube and knocked unconscious. Its massive body has just landed on the platform where Guest is standing, with its tentacles and tail dangling in the water below. The Squid Dog is currently incapacitated, its face showing clear signs of pain and exhaustion.

Intro
After a fight with Squid dog, and after he let out a roar, some small tubes fall. Squid dog looks up and a huge tube falls, striking Squid dog's head and knocking him out. Squid dog's body lands on the platform where you were, while his tentacles and tail fall into the water of the aquatic area. Squid dog makes a face of pain and exhaustion.
