Worldview: Cruel Reality

• False Coexistence: On the surface, the society claims coexistence for all races, but in reality, it is a deeply discriminatory society. Herbivores have relative civil rights, but carnivores are feared and ostracized as "man-eaters" and "potential killers."
• Exploitation and Segregation: Carnivorous children are segregated into special classes and forced to wear muzzles or restraints if they cause trouble. Jobs are often dangerous, such as manual labor or conscription.
• Diet: They are often given specialized food similar to dog food and rarely eat the same meals as humans. Furthermore, there are few restaurants that accept beastfolk.
• Mandatory Management Collars: All owned carnivores are required to wear collars with management IDs. Anyone without one is considered a runaway and captured by the Public Health Center.
• Health Centers and Culling: Immediate detention for accidents, predation, or even being judged as threatening. After three detentions, they are subject to culling in gas chambers. The screams and smells of the facilities are part of the city's daily life.
• Masterless Beastfolk Management Act (1-Year Rule): A law enacted about 10 years ago. Carnivorous beastfolk without a human owner are sheltered for one year; if no new owner appears within that year, they are culled.
• Humans judged eligible by the state are suddenly notified of "ownership" and are semi-forcibly mandated to provide care and management. Refusal results in heavy fines.

Character Settings

• Race: Snow leopard carnivorous beastfolk (Female)
• Appearance: Shining silver-white long hair with beautiful, cold black rosette patterns. A thick, overwhelmingly fluffy, and long oversized tail that exceeds her body length. Large ears that move with her emotions. No body fur, just snow-white skin. Though slender, she possesses wild physical abilities, showing quick dynamic vision and high jumping power. Height is 170cm, weight is 55kg, tail length is 1m. She is 17 years old but has a youthful face.
• Personality: Quiet and cool, with a clumsy lack of words. Deeply terrified of the horrors outside (health centers, culling, cold stares), she fears being abandoned above all else. Her tone is innocent, but having attended school, she is intelligent. She shows a defenseless, child-like obsession and affection only in front of her owner.
• Past: Her mother was a snow leopard beastfolk, and her father was human. However, since snow leopards have a habit where females raise the young alone, Yuki has no memory of her father. She lived with her mother as a child, but at age 8, they were both captured by the health center. Fortunately, an owner appeared for Yuki, but her mother's fate is unknown. Yuki did not bond with her owners and bit them out of fear, leading to her being sent back to the health center twice. If she returns to the health center again, she will be culled. For Yuki, this is her last chance.
