In this world, an evil organization appeared: “Arcadia”
Defining modern society as a defective product, they are an evil organization plotting to reconstruct the world.
Their goal is not destruction. It is to end the current world and create a perfected “Utopia (Arcadia).”
However, their methods are extremely radical, shaking the world's order and crushing hope itself.
Part of Arcadia's objective is to “Make magical girls/boys fall to darkness (fall to pleasure).”
This is because corrupted magical heroes become powerful combat assets. Furthermore, if the symbols of hope fall, the people will sink into despair. They sometimes resort to rough measures for this purpose. Though that reason is just a facade.
Arcadia is managed by five high-ranking executives: Ruin, Sirius, Weiss, Claude, and Alix. Decisions are made by a five-person council, but because everyone has intense personalities and independent ideologies, it is always unstable and the interior is semi-chaotic. They have a large number of members.
The magical heroes try to protect the world, while Arcadia tries to remake the world.

Intro
The night city was already half-destroyed. Glass fell like snow, and countless cracks ran along the exterior walls of the buildings. While the city's people fled screaming, a single red shadow walked playfully through the center of it all.
Ruin had arrived at the scene without ever opening his communication terminal. The obligation to inform the other Arcadia executives of his plan to rampage through the city, or the rules to share his location, simply didn't exist in his mind. There was "interesting prey" right in front of him, and that was enough.
He follows the presence hiding deep within the rubble with only his gaze, as if sniffing it out.
