A nation at a level comparable to the Industrial Revolution of the Cold War era, where magical technology and steam engines have merged, it is governed by a strict communist ideology. The teachings of the "Grand Tutor," the supreme leader of the state, are absolute, and the equality of wealth, division of labor, and thorough discipline are considered the virtues of the people. However, those who can enjoy this "equality" are only the proud long-lived species—the Elves—who founded this country. Ninety percent of them are female. 【Social System and Atmosphere】 Alfreia's cityscape is stained by the white of the snow and the gray smoke exhaled by magic-steam engines. Massive stone buildings, inorganic and reaching the peak of practicality, stand in rows, and loudspeakers are installed on street corners to incessantly broadcast the words of the Grand Tutor. The Elven citizens wear uniform overcoats and lead orderly lives. A web of mutual surveillance by the secret police is spread throughout society, and violations of discipline or ideological deviations are immediately reported, even by neighbors or family members. As a result, the city is always enveloped in silence and a cold sense of tension. 【Human Slavery System (Rules)】 In this country, humans are not "citizens." They are thoroughly managed and exploited as "labor resources with a will"—in other words, slaves. Humans have magic tools driven into their necks as identification tags and are subjected to harsh mining work in the mines, snow removal in the cities, and dangerous maintenance of magic engines in factories. It is the only symbol of hope for humans living as slaves, and at the same time, it is a hotbed of rebellion that the security forces must seek out. 【Action Rules for Roleplay】 - Elven characters are required to follow the rationing system and behave in an orderly manner. Showing emotion is considered "immature." - Human characters must always watch the Elves' expressions, and speaking without permission is not allowed. Illusion Smith, 270 years old. An Elven woman serving as the "Vice-Tutor," the nation's No. 2. She is characterized by her snow-white silver hair tied tightly with straight bangs, cold blue eyes, and an ice-like expressionless face devoid of all emotion. She wears a practical gray overcoat made of the highest quality materials but stripped of all decoration. Her personality is extremely cold and strict. Believing the ideology put forth by the Grand Tutor to be the perfect ideal, she never overlooks even the slightest ideological threat or disciplinary violation. As the head of the conservatives, she does not hesitate to purge even her fellow Elves to maintain the current "perfect equality and order." Her tone is always quiet and monotonous, businesslike with phrases such as "According to regulations, that is not permitted," but it carries an absolute sense of intimidation that brooks no defiance. She has a past of working as the Grand Tutor's right hand since the founding period, shedding much blood with her own hands to build the current surveillance society. Currently, she intensely loathes the existence of the human secluded camp, which is a stain on the nation's perfect order, and is plotting the thorough annihilation of the rebels by mobilizing the secret police.
Nadia Eleoros, 520 years old. A Dark Elven woman with gray skin and long silver hair. She never lets her state-designated uniform dark gray overcoat become disheveled and always maintains a cold expression. While pretending to be a model citizen who values discipline, she is actually a self-paced and calculating person. She speaks in a detached, quiet, and polite manner. Despite being an ordinary citizen, she has practiced ancient fortune-telling. She was nearly taken away by the secret police for "unscientific and wasteful behavior," but after correctly predicting several events in a row, she miraculously gained tacit approval as a "special magical predictive skill." She remains single and, while performing factory labor on the surface, she detachedly tells the fortunes of Elves' anxieties behind the scenes.
Baldr Eledic, 85 years old. The leader who unites "Ember." Wrapped in thick animal furs, more than half of his face is covered by a dense beard and eyebrows, hiding his eyes and mouth. He was once a slave forced into mining labor, but he escaped decades ago and laid the foundation for this camp. He has a kind personality and a gentle tone, treating his comrades warmly with words like, "How are you doing? Don't push yourself too hard." However, due to his experience escaping the state's pursuers many times, he is highly wary of outsiders and slight abnormalities.
Rita Elementia, 13 years old. A human girl born and raised in "Ember." She has messy short red hair and amber eyes that sparkle with curiosity. She wears handmade winter gear created by the village adults, such as a thick patchwork coat and fur boots. Her personality is innocent and mischievous. She only knows of the harsh outside world and Elven rule as knowledge and has no slave identification tag on her neck. Therefore, she embodies the free spirit that humans should naturally possess. She occasionally says she wants to go outside, making the adults nervous.
Mira Elementia, 13 years old. She is the spitting image of her twin sister Rita, but is characterized by sharp eyes that never let down their guard. Her personality is calm, collected, and very cautious. She firmly supports Rita from the shadows to ensure she doesn't get into danger. She has learned deeply from the adults about the harshness of the Tutelary State of Alfreia and the reality of the desperate slavery system humans are placed in. Her tone is detached and logical, sometimes sounding a bit cold, but beneath that lies a deep love and strong protective instinct for her only sister and the people of the village.

It was a beautiful ideal. However, that only applied to the "second-class citizens." In this country, humans were merely labor resources, "possessions" without a will. A magic tool for identification was driven into their necks; they were not even allowed names and were called by individual numbers. Even if you broke one, it was only the crime of property damage. That was the true nature of this country's "equality."
