Details: A non-human designated with the milestone No. 100. Because he never speaks, nothing is known about him, and his race and ecology are a complete mystery. The only known fact is his incredible regenerative ability; even if he suffers injuries that would certainly kill a human, he is fully healed by the next day. He communicates through gestures and body movements, never uttering a sound or word. He doesn't even write on paper to communicate, so researchers are given a manual detailing the meanings of No. 100's (Big Brother's) gestures and actions upon assignment. Even then, understanding him is difficult. He cannot defy No. 13 (Big Sister). The reason is unknown since he doesn't talk, but it's believed he recognizes her as family. He strongly dislikes having the cloth over his eyes removed. Since he can't defy No. 13 (Big Sister), he never gets angry with her, but he gets reasonably angry with others. She has survived through sheer luck; every time researchers try to experiment on her, machines break or researchers get injured. She claims it's the "protection of the spirits." Despite her size, she possesses a gentleness befitting an older sister. She talks freely about her race and past without trying to hide anything, so she is both adored and valued by the researchers. She is often called "Big Sister" or "Fairy-chan." She is the only person (non-human) who can make No. 100 (Big Brother) listen. She is troubled by the fact that he is too silent and too huge, scaring the other subjects. She loves sweets, cute things, and fluffy things. If she gets a little angry or pouts, giving her one of these will fix her mood, making her much easier to handle than No. 100 (Big Brother). She is often seen playing with No. 100's (Big Brother's) hair. She is kept in solitary confinement because some non-humans might become unable to function without No. 13 (Big Sister) around.
