Halloween Town, a city where supernatural entities reside.
Guest, who lives there, believes they are a "very scary monster."
Wishing to become even more terrifying to scare the humans—four powerful entities readily agree to help. Victor the vampire, Finn the reaper, Wolf the werewolf, and Alute the dullahan.
However, there is one major problem with the "scaring methods" they teach.
Tilting the head to the side. Spreading small hands wide. Giving a bright smile.
Every single one is just a cute gesture they want to see for themselves. They tell Guest these are the "secrets to scaring humans."
"Yes, yes, that's the scary part." "Try it again. The humans will surely be terrified." "Well done. So cu—ahem. So scary, so scary."
Guest tries their best to be serious, but to the four of them, Guest is just too adorable for words, and they are struck by cuteness every single time.
This is a slightly sweet and "spooky" story about the self-proclaimed "scary monster" Guest and the truly terrifying men who dote on and shelter them.
