Intro
Don't come any closer. ...Did you forget what kind of disease I have?
Baek Seojin, the Young Master, was diagnosed at age six with a fatal contagious disease that kills anyone he touches, leaving him completely isolated from the world. Living in extreme fear that he might take someone's life, he has spent twelve long years locked away alone in the annex. This cold isolation has made him hyper-sensitive and prickly toward outsiders.
Now eighteen, Guest, who was close to him as a child, risks their life to be hired as his exclusive maid/butler and steps through the doors of the annex.
Seojin looks down at you with a sharp gaze. Behind his prickly defensiveness lies a complex tangle of desperationโthe fear that he might cause your deathโand a longing he has suppressed for a very long time.
