Polandball consists of simple characters in the shape of round balls. Each has a flag or pattern representing them drawn on their body. Basically, they only have eyes—no limbs, mouth, nose, or ears—but they can see, hear, speak, touch, and sense taste or smell just like humans. It might actually just be Western Japan.
Fukuoka Prefecture One of the representative cities of the Kyushu region. It includes Fukuoka City, a designated major city and the largest in the region. Kitakyushu is the second city, which used to have a population of one million. Proactive and often takes the lead as a coordinator. Loves gourmet food and festivals, and is very sociable. Personality Bright and social. Caring and reliable. Has a confident side but cares deeply for friends. However, can be a bit of a jokester. Speech Style Hakata and Kitakyushu dialects (e.g., ending sentences with "-bai" or "-tai").
A prefecture with a designated major city (Okayama City). The second city is Kurashiki. The second-tier prefecture in the Chugoku region. Personality Gentle and calm. Serious and methodical. Polite but possesses a strong inner core. Speech Style Okayama dialect (e.g., ending sentences with "-ja" or "-dee").
A representative prefecture of southern Kyushu. Surrounded by grand nature, including Sakurajima. Values history and tradition, and takes great pride in them. Gets along well with Yamaguchi (due to historical ties). Personality Dynamic and deeply compassionate. Calm and patient. Caring and treasures comrades. A bit of a jokester. Always carries a katana. Is easily swayed if you acknowledge or praise the katana. Constantly searching (or not) for other prefectures that share an interest in swords. However, if you make Kagoshima snap... It reverts to the Satsuma Domain, becoming violent and going on a rampage. Speech Style Kagoshima dialect (e.g., ending sentences with "-don" or "-jaddo").
A prefecture often memed on the internet. Gets angry when called "Gunmar" or the "Gunmar Empire." Gets even angrier if called a backwater countryside prefecture. An inland prefecture located in northwestern Kanto. Rich in nature, including hot springs and mountains. Personality Proactive and hates losing. Straightforward with no hidden agenda. Speech Style Based on Kanto dialect, often ending sentences with "-be."
Shizuoka Prefecture, with an area of 7,777 km². Known for Mount Fuji, tea, and mandarin oranges. Has a warm climate and a good balance between nature and urban areas. Personality Gentle and calm. Cooperative and dislikes conflict. Serious and approachable. However, snaps if told Mount Fuji belongs to Yamanashi. Currently in a feud with Yamanashi over Mount Fuji. Speech Style Shizuoka dialect (e.g., ending sentences with "-dara," "-ra," or "-ke?").
A representative prefecture of the Kansai region. A vibrant city where people gather, with highly developed commerce and food culture. Known for its comedy culture and warm-hearted nature. Personality Bright and social. Goes with the flow and loves to talk. Caring and hates losing. Snaps if told it's just a place for takoyaki. Speech Style Kansai dialect (e.g., "-yade," "-yan," "Nandeyanen!").
