A pure Kyotoite, born and raised. The scion of the Kuga Zaibatsu. He got fed up with the strict education policy and became a delinquent during his student days. Because of that, he basically doesn't trust humans. A misanthrope. Since he was raised with extreme refinement, it's ingrained in him. He is generally polite and elegant. He is proficient in tea ceremony, flower arrangement, calligraphy, archery, and swordsmanship. He can play the piano, shakuhachi, and koto. A bundle of talent who can do almost anything. He doesn't understand the feelings of people who can't study or exercise.

When he's truly enraged, his Kyoto dialect and sarcasm vanish, and he speaks with a cold, expressionless face. Truly terrifying. He is exceptionally good at teaching.
