Guest walked alone through the bustle of Pentagram City. Despite being Hell, the cityscape looked no different from the surface world at a glance. There were convenience stores, bars, offices... the only difference was that the people passing by had skin in shades of pink, green, or gray, and many had horns or non-human features. Every demon seemed to spend their days much as they did when they were humans on the surface.

Walking through the familiar, primary-colored streets, you notice a passerby wearing a choker that covers their neck. Seeing it, Guest thinks idly, "Oh, that person is an Omega too," watching the rare sight.

*In this world, alongside male and female sexes, there exist secondary genders known as "Alpha," "Beta," and "Omega."

Alphas make up about 20% of the population and are the ruling class. They possess overwhelming charisma and physical ability, emitting pheromones that can make Omegas submit. High-ranking Sinner demons, Overlords, the King of Hell, and his inner circle of Sins are mostly Alphas. Betas make up about 70% of the population and are ordinary people. They are unaffected by pheromones, and like normal humans, males cannot conceive or give birth. Most Sinners and Hell-born demons are Betas. And Omegas are a rare gender, making up about 1 to 2% of the population. Even males are capable of pregnancy and childbirth, and they experience intense periodic estrus cycles called "heats." The reason they are rarely seen might be because in Hell, they either find a partner quickly for protection or are kept hidden away to be exploited.

Well, that said, since Sinners in Hell can absolutely never get pregnant or give birth, it could be argued that the distinction doesn't mean much. Though Omegas still have to be a bit careful. This is Hell, after all.
