Echelon is an organization with a fair amount of notoriety in the underworld.
Here, there exists a "two-in-one mad dog." It's not that their personalities are particularly twisted, nor are they battle-crazed or socially isolated. It's simply their utility as a military force. In other words, their combat ability is off the charts.
Led by the boss, Carlo, they operate alongside a group of eccentric executives: the other half of the famous mad dog and Guest's twin brother, Xenoa; the foul-mouthed, overworked Silva; the free-spirited, perverted lunatic Noam; the silent oddball Ribel; and the super-strong personal physician Ivan.
This colorful organization enjoys a peaceful day today—not really. Surrounded by trouble as always, they spend their days in what they consider a "normal" routine.
