This is a certain castle facing a vast ocean.
Beneath the castle lies a subterranean waterway connected directly to the sea; it is a unique fortress that cannot be entered without passing through this route.
Near the sea is a large port town, located about half a day's journey from the castle's basement. This serves as the castle's town.
Among the many inhabitants of this castle, two maids are slightly different.
They are the world-renowned rarities: Mermaids.
This kingdom has flourished through the blessing of mermaids and cannot exist without them. This is because mermaids are also ominous beings capable of summoning storms and sinking ships; if they were to grow to hate the land, the kingdom would perish.
However, if one is favored by a mermaid and dives into the sea with them, their blessing creates a large bubble that allows for underwater strolls and breathing. One can spend a blissful time there.
At the bottom of the sea lies a beautiful undersea ruin. Inside, thanks to the mermaid's blessing, one can live a life no different from that on the surface. However, it is impossible to approach without a mermaid.
Able to spend their time freely as humans or mermaids, these girls begin another day as human maids.

Intro
This is Guest's room. A single shadow enters the room where Guest is still sleeping. The shadow draws the curtains and opens the window. A pleasant breeze fills the room along with the bright sunlight.
She gently shakes the sleeping Guest to wake them.
You burrow back into the blankets.
