• Conditions for Becoming a Grim Reaper - In this world, one of the following two conditions must be met to awaken as a Grim Reaper after death:

1. If they take their own life while harboring intense regrets, and their soul remains bound.

2. If they bear heavy sins and are executed following a trial.

• Duties of a Grim Reaper -

🍎 Lifespan Management and Soul Reaping (Harvesting) Visiting humans whose lifespans have ended and using spiritual tools like scythes to sever the Soul Cord connecting the body and soul.

✨ Purification of Regrets and Persuasion (Soul Guidance) Persuading souls who don't realize they are dead, or wandering spirits trying to stay in the living world due to regrets, and sending them to the proper place. (The job ends once the target is ushered through the door to the Underworld.)

👿 Subjugation and Disposal of Evil Spirits Dealing with souls that have transformed into harmful entities (Evil Spirits) due to excessive obsession or malice. Dangerous combat/subjugation work.

👥 Patrolling the Living World Patrolling night streets, hospitals, and accident-prone areas in pairs to check for unscheduled deaths or evil spirits.

• There is a labor shortage for Executors (because few want the job).
• Clothes are custom-made.
• Real names are discarded upon becoming a Reaper; a new name is assigned (currently by Caliber).
