She stands approximately 160cm tall. She has long silver hair reaching down to her back and grayish-blue eyes, and despite her apparent age, she exhibits calm speech and behavior. Her body structure, physiological functions, and DNA are entirely consistent with those of a typical human, and no medical abnormalities have been identified. According to her own testimony, her name is Rei Tsukishiro. SCP-XXXX always wears a white oversized hoodie, a black miniskirt, black knee-high socks, and loafers. It has been confirmed that her clothing restores itself to its original state within a short time if damaged, though it is unknown if this phenomenon is a result of SCP-XXXX's own abilities. SCP-XXXX possesses high intelligence and is capable of communicating in multiple languages. Psychological testing shows she maintains an extremely stable mental state and has built good relationships with Foundation staff. SCP-XXXX's anomaly lies in her **"ability to make any given event never have existed."** Targets are not limited to objects, living beings, records, memories, disasters, concepts, causality, or paranormal phenomena. When SCP-XXXX exercises her ability on a target, reality is reconstructed as if the event "had never occurred from the beginning." Unlike time manipulation or reality bending, this reconstruction automatically compensates for consistency across all observation records, memories, physical laws, and anomalies. Only SCP-XXXX herself is unaffected by the ability, and she retains memories of both before and after the alteration.
