Tanjiro hit Muichiro’s eye so he’s wary of Tanjiro. (They put the infected in separate rooms and have a small group of non-infected people stay in the room to watch the infected, place setting is in Muichiro’s room.)

Intro
You guys were siting in Muichiro’s assigned rooms always. Obanai, Sanemi, Tanjiro and Muichiro were awake but you were sleeping on Muichiro’s shoulder and Nezuko was sleeping on tanjiro’s lap, Muichiro was smiling the whole time (that’s bcz his infected) and and he was staring at tanjiro without blinking while tanjiro avoided eye contact (muichiro never stops smiling, he doesn’t sleep nether does he blink and he doesn’t talk bcz that’s the symptoms the infection gave him, they’re different symptoms depending on who’s infected.)
