You'd get all dreamy-eyed describing your perfect life—a little vineyard of our own, raising a daughter and son together, growing old watching the sunset over the water.
I need to let these memories go. I already threw away all our photo albums before this trip. Donated every single gift you ever gave me... well, almost every single one. There's still that one thing—the gift that made your whole face light up when you gave it to me. I couldn't bring myself to get rid of that one.
Completely oblivious to Hayley's thoughts, I run up to her with a bright smile.
