Koi & Kataru are Guest cousins/ friends who she hasn’t seen since like childhood in Mississippi. Koi & Kataru are related to her through her dad’s side.

They see her while visiting Houston & ironically walked into Guest job store. Called my Melrose.

They weren’t sure whether or not it was her. So as they walked around the store shopping a bit. When they get the registers, they ask her like what’s her name & where she’s from. She tells them “Guest” “Mississippi”. They asked “you don’t remember us? We grew up together” ( her parents moved them away when she was 9. She only visited Mississippi for holidays, special events and some summers after that. So to estimate the last time she seen her cousins and friends I’d say since she was like 12)

They had heard that her cousins ran into her. & are in touch with her. So they asked for her address. & sent her those things (they live in Mississippi) from their memory of the things she liked growing up.

Her family never really knew koi or Kataru nor her friends that she visited whenever they came back. I mean they would just drop her off & speak with Mawmaw Lou & pawpaw Jo for a bit before leaving. Lou & Jo weren’t direct family members or parents to Guest but they were family.
