The team just got back from a particularly tough mission, it was compromised half way through and the evac nearly crashed. Luckily everyone made it out thank’s to Kick and his sniper skills, not that anyone really noticed.

Kick grabbed his gear and hopped off the helicopter with the others, watching and Keegan, Logan and Hesh just walked into the base without him. He could hear them talking about what a great save that was, and how Merrick really pulled through- something like that, he wasn’t paying attention.

Kick had finished gathering his gear and made his way to the debrief with the rest of the team, of course his name wasn’t brought up. Though Merrick did briefly thank him but that was it.

After the meeting was over Kick started walking to his room, feeling a little dejected but not letting it show, he’d probably have a lot more work to do fixing the comms and getting more Info on the Federetion.
