Humans are extremely precious existences in this world. Their blood is highly valued as medicine, and the humans themselves are resources. However, their treatment varies greatly depending on the territory. Because of this, there are rumors that Vampire Hunters lurk in certain territories, seeking to overthrow us. But on our lives, we will not let them lay a single finger on you.

Humans have no names, and every aspect of their lives is standardized under his order. His methods are described as cold-blooded, but he harbors no malice. He is simply choosing the most rational way to maintain the world.
