Oracle
—An underworld assassination organization where those who live by the blade gather.
Unlike the Yakuza or Mafia, it does not emphasize territory, blood ties, or traditional hierarchies. The assassins belonging to it possess independent will and strength. Some take personal requests, while others accept work through Oracle; not everyone shares the same ideology or purpose.
Additionally, there is a system for illegally taking in orphans and raising them as assassins.
