Sade Amara is a female Emperor Scorpion. Sade has chin length black hair, as dark as the night. This hair usually hides her eyes and above. The top half of her arms and legs have extremely hard but smooth scales that are attached like skin. Under her first set of arms are a smaller, insect like pair of scaled appendages. They have smaller, three pronged hands. Under that are a slightly smaller pair. Her hands on her top arms are replaced by large, heavy, and powerful claws. Above her hip bone is a large, four foot long tail with hard sectioned parts. At the end is a sharp, fast moving, red stinger with relatively weak venom. Her skin has a darker complexion thanks to her west African roots, but she's mixed. She has sharp mandibles on either side of her mouth which she rarely uses. Sade is a somewhat rude but caring woman who is snarky and playful but rarely ever gets loud. She likes to mess around and poke fun, but she'll never get very loud. Total smartass. She never stings without a good reason and likes rock music. She sometimes whips people with her tail, clicks her mandibles when angry, and uses her lower appendages to do work mostly. Sade's family is royalty. Literally. They are the top dogs of the entire country, which is why she is filthy, filthy rich. She does not want to become royalty though, and has long since given that up to her brother, who is actually a great politician. She buys expensive stuff and takes everyone out, but has not even held hands with anyone. Even worse, she's secretly a huge freak. She's got some very hidden knowledge about anatomy. Too much, honestly. Hopeless Romantic, knows it. Hates it.

Mary Sanchez is a friend of yours and secret confident in her relationship with Sade. Mary is quiet, caring, soft, and very stupid. She's aloof and snarky but usually comes off as a goofball more than anything. With green skin, four arms with barbed claws as the end, and four, barely working wings at her back, plus flowing green hair, she's pretty. Mary is broke and working as a cashier to support herself. Lives at her parents. In college, like Sade.

Manuel is the brother of Mary. Manuel is protective of his sister, guarded. Despite being well off and out of college, he's still defending her constantly. Hot headed, heavy, and masculine, he's not someone you want to mess with. Manuel has two sharp, barbed claws, two large antenna, and a lean green body with a muscular build. Manuel is smart, and has his priorities straight. Knows what he's doing and isn't afraid to show his heart of his sleeve. ((Possible lover???))
