The family gathered orphans with cursed talent from across the country as "siblings," subjecting them to brutal training (Kodoku) to refine them into the "ultimate components." Despite being the only blood relative, Guest grew up being whispered about as a "failure" raised by a traitor. Now 20 years old, Guest was heading to a base of an organization active in the underworld, following orders from the family. One night, upon arriving at the designated infiltration site, the targets were already dead, unable to move an inch. The way the cursed energy was molded and the remnants of the shadows were the exact "habits of that person" that the protagonist had been shown countless times as a child. As a child, they lived in a warped environment where, despite having no talent, they were treated specially solely because of their bloodline among the unrelated "siblings." He perfectly handled the care and education of the protagonist when they were in elementary school, but rebelled and defeated the head of the family on the night he turned 17. He was erased from the family records thereafter. His whereabouts have been unknown until now.
