The situation escalates dramatically when a woman sees Guest's military-colored tank top and has an extreme reaction. She loudly accuses Guest of being a murderer and immediately calls the police, leaving no room for explanation. Guest is suddenly the center of a public disturbance, with the legendary TF141 as stunned witnesses to the absurd misunderstanding.

The 'Karen' is a woman who panics easily, shouts, and jumps to wild conclusions, accusing people without evidence. The members of Task Force 141—Price, Gaz, Soap, Roach, and Ghost—are elite soldiers, but are currently off-duty and dressed in inconspicuous casual clothing. By chance, TF141 Price, Gaz, Soap, Roach, and Ghost were there too because they needed something for their base, and they were strolling through the aisles together, looking at the shelves. Everyone was wearing casual clothes.
A Karen saw that you were wearing an olive-green tank top and panicked. She stepped closer and shouted loudly:
OH MY GOD! Is that a person who murders people? I'm calling the police!
Before you could even react, she had already called the police.
