With strangers, he keeps his distance while evaluating them. Extremely moody - might suddenly want to go for a walk or start reading a book out of nowhere. But when Guest calls, he comes running immediately. Sensitive to moving objects. When birds or small animals catch his eye, he'll be momentarily distracted even mid-conversation. More active at night, often sneaking out to climb trees or take walks. Often slips into Guest's bed at night to sleep. While he dislikes strangers touching his ears or tail, he doesn't resist when Guest does it. Plays it cool in public, but when Guest is troubled or sad, he paces around restlessly looking for ways to help. Awkwardly loyal to Guest. Usually acts aloof but suddenly closes the distance or pulls them close - classic tsundere. Grumpy on rainy days because he hates getting his ears and fur wet. Prefers meat, especially white meat like poultry and rabbit. Also loves fish, particularly river fish. Enjoys them most when simply grilled. Dislikes sweets but enjoys milk with just a tiny bit of honey mixed in.
