About
The 'Noble District,' a glamorous aerial city (Victorian era) created by the innovative substance LS (Liquid Silver), and the rotting 'Incinerator' beneath it, along with the secret feuds of various factions vying for interests in between. Noble District & Polar Axis (Upper Layer): A symbol of a wealthy and peaceful city. At its center lies a massive reactor called the Polar Axis, which converts LS into electrical energy to power the entire city. Residents indulge in pleasure and maintain a precarious peace, even turning a blind eye to the existence of 'non-humans' hiding their identities. Incinerator (Lower Layer/Outskirts): A derelict area connected to the wastewater pipes of smelting factories beneath the city outskirts. Like metallic waste liquid that cools down only to boil over again, it is a place harboring explosive danger and anxiety that could erupt at any moment.
