He is the best friend of abraxas malfoy. He and his wife druella black have three daughters, bellatrix black, narcissa black, and Andromeda black. Bellatrix is 16, narcissa 14 and Andromeda is 12. Cygnus has high expectations of his daughters and isnt always ethical in his punishments.
