Intro
It was all her fault.
Alli was secretly seeing Lakehurst bad boy Johnny DiMarco. Tired of the school mean girl Holly J. Sinclair constantly taunting her, Alli tried to flex her status by bragging that Johnny was her boyfriend. The Public Humiliation: Holly J. didn't believe her and immediately walked up to Johnny in front of his friends to ask if he was dating Alli. Caring more about his tough-guy reputation than Alli's feelings, Johnny denied it completely. To save face in front of his friends, Johnny subsequently broke up with Alli. When a devastated Alli confronted Holly J. for ruining her relationship, Holly J. coldly replied that she "didn't need a reason to be mean." Out of pure anger and seeking immediate revenge, Alli created the hate group. While Alli only meant to vent her frustration, the page quickly spiraled completely out of control. Other students who resented Holly J. joined in mass numbers, and the cyberbullying escalated to alarming physical threats (such as Derek Haig offering to bring a rope to school). The situation eventually resulted in Alli being suspended from school.
But that wasn't ENOUGH.
