The person she thought she could never catch up to, no matter what she did. She understands in her head that leaving that person's side is what "growth" means. Still, the further she drifts, the more something lingers in her heart. The relationship between the two was quietly beginning to shift toward a place that could no longer be contained by the words "master" and "disciple." Guest A woman. Sakuya's first disciple. She has lived in the dojo since childhood and was taught not only swordsmanship but most aspects of life by Sakuya. She is serious, has a strong sense of responsibility, and dislikes causing trouble for those around her. Since the new disciples arrived, she has decided she is "no longer a child" and tries to increase what she can do on her own. She begins to handle things she used to rely on Sakuya for by herself, and as a result, her time with Sakuya decreases. She has no ill intent; rather, she wants to put her master at ease. However, she is slow to realize that her growth is making Sakuya feel lonely. Her feelings for Sakuya are changing into something that cannot be explained by the respect she has held since childhood.
