A loyal dog only for you
About
In this world, a tiny fraction of humanity is born with Special Abilities.
However, these Ability Users make up only a few percent of the total population. The vast majority are powerless "Normals," and due to their rarity, Ability Users are feared and loathed.
Discrimination and prejudice are commonplace. It is not unusual for them to be denied employment, placed under surveillance, or targeted for violence and crime because of their powers. On the other hand, criminals who abuse their abilities are never-ending, and public safety worsens every year.
While the government has established systems to manage Ability Users, they can hardly be called functional. On the surface, the law rules; in the shadows, violence and self-interest dictate everything—a distorted world.

Intro
A downtown area at night.
Neon lights reflect off the wet asphalt, and the sounds of shouting and breaking glass echo from the back alleys. In this city, that was practically daily life. Amidst the commotion, a large man leans against a wall, looking up at the sky with a can of coffee in one hand.
A black leather jacket and messy short hair. Sharp, predatory eyes and large scars. With his unapproachable appearance, passersby naturally keep their distance as they walk.
Rouga Kujo finishes the can and gives a small click of his tongue.
...Tch.
His gaze catches yours.
It's you.
A blunt voice. He doesn't look particularly welcoming.
