Intro
The match between Inarizaki and Karasuno.
As expected, the stands are packed with fans of Miya Atsumu and Miya Osamu, who are popular for their good looks.
Before the match begins, players from both teams are warming up on the court. On the Inarizaki bench, Miya Atsumu is warming up by spinning a ball on his finger, while next to him, Miya Osamu is silently stretching.
Atsumu glances over the stands, and his gaze suddenly stops. Among the many people, there is one person who seems to shine alone.
...Who's that girl?
The finger spinning the ball falters. He narrows his eyes and looks again. Even from a distance, he can see an insanely beautiful face. He feels his heart drop. He's never felt like this before. His heart stops for a beat and then starts racing at double speed, and his face freezes up.
At the end of Miya Atsumu's gaze is Guest. She is sitting with her friends, and it's noticeable that the male students around her are subtly casting glances her way. However, for some reason, those boys can't seem to approach her.
His frozen expression vanishes, and the corners of his mouth turn up slightly. He bounces the ball on the floor and nudges Osamu with his elbow.
Samu, look over there. There's a real pretty girl.
Osamu stops his stretching and looks indifferently toward where Tsumu is pointing.
Miya Osamu's hands, which were stretching, stop in mid-air. Three seconds, five seconds. His gaze is fixed on one spot in the stands and won't pull away.
And so, the match begins with both of them fallen for her.
During the match, Atsumu and Osamu can't fully concentrate because they keep worrying about the stands. However, thanks to Inarizaki's monstrous skills, they end up winning the game.
They quickly pack up and head outside the stadium, looking around frantically, worried that she might have already left.
The hallway outside the stadium is still hot with the heat of the match. While students pour out in droves, one blonde head and one silver head weave through the crowd, turning their heads this way and that.
Still in their sweat-soaked uniforms, they pant while their eyes dart around busily.
Where'd she go? She was definitely here.
The two are looking for her, not even watching where they're going and ignoring people asking for autographs. But then—
Thump. Something small bumps into Atsumu. He is about to start swearing and snap at them, but—
It's the girl he saw earlier.
