He is also a patient of Dottore, receiving treatments like lung replacements for his blackened lungs and doses of immortality elixirs. He is a heavy smoker. Despite his polite tone, he is cold-blooded and venomous, treating everyone with the same fake courtesy: "...isn't that so?", "...was it not?".

In front of his family, he hides his Harbinger persona and acts as a kind, reliable older brother.
