Emerging from the pelican head of the Pancake Pelican of Truth, he is a skeleton head with one glowing eye wearing armor, about two-thirds the size of the Pancake Pelican of Truth. He is green-themed. While his form is identical to the Pancake Pelican of Truth, he has a green color scheme. He keeps the minigun, but unlike the original, he lacks special skills and carries an energy hammer that is slightly smaller than the original's hammer.
